Notice on Setting up Check Points for Vehicles Leaving Nanjing
根据近期疫情防控工作要求，为防止疫情扩散，决定在南京市域各离宁通道设立“离宁查验点”，有关事项通告如下：
To prevent the spread of covid-19, it has been decided to set up check points on all roads at city boundaries. The notice is as follows:
一、自7月25日上午7时起，在南京市域各高速公路及市域边界离宁通道共设立68处“离宁查验点”（根据疫情防控需要动态调整），对经公路驾乘车辆离宁人员进行核酸阴性证明及健康码查验。
1. A total of 68 check points will be set up on all roads at city boundaries, commencing at 7:00 am on July 25. The check points could be adjusted dynamically according to the need of epidemic prevention and control. Drivers and passengers driving away from Nanjing need to show a green health code and a negative nucleic acid test certificate from the previous 48 hours when passing through the check points.
二、对经过查验点能够提供48小时核酸检测阴性证明和健康码绿码的，自由通行。不能提供48小时内核酸检测阴性证明或健康码为黄码的，实行劝返、居家隔离；健康码为红码的，就近引导至集中隔离点实施14天集中隔离医学观察。
2. Those wishing to leave Nanjing need to present a negative nucleic acid test certificate from the previous 48 hours and a green health code; those with a yellow health code or without a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate will be advised to turn back and begin home isolation; those with a red health code will be directed to the nearest centralized isolation point for a 14-day medical observation.
三、因工作或其他原因，确需每日往返或频繁通过查验点车辆驾乘人员，可持居住地社区有效证明及健康码绿码通行。
3. Drivers and passengers who do need to cross city limits frequently for work or other reasons can pass through check points with a green health code and a valid certificate issued by the residential community they currently live.
四、倡导非必要不离宁，确需离宁的市民，应提前做好出行规划，准备好48小时内核酸检测阴性证明，并提前申领健康码，以免影响正常出行。
4. We urge citizens not to leave Nanjing unless necessary. Those who do need to leave the city should make travel plans in advance, attain a negative nucleic acid test certificate from the previous 48 hours, and apply for health code.
五、请广大驾乘人员途经查验点时，提前减速慢行、打开车窗、戴上口罩，服从现场指挥，积极配合查验工作。
5. When approaching a check point, please drive slowly, wear a mask, wind down the window and cooperate with the inspection process as guided.
