关于2020级留学研究生申请课程免修的通知
各位留学研究生：
关于留学研究生申请课程免修请查阅文件《我校来华留学研究生申请课程免修的管理规定》（附件1）。现就本年度申请课程免修工作通知如下：
1. 申请汉语和中国概况课程免修，需填写课程免修申请表并提供相应的汉语水平考试成绩单，不需要导师签字。
2. 申请其他课程免修，需填写申请表、导师签字，并提供相应成绩单（请将免修的课程在成绩单中标出）。
3. 请各位符合免修要求的研究生于2020年12月13日前在新研究生系统中提交申请，将相关表格和证明材料按要求在系统中上传，并邮件发送至国教院教务办邮箱（ie_academic@hhu.edu.cn）。因受疫情影响，本年度无需线下提交材料。
4. 审核申请通过后，系统中选课记录将被删除，请在新研究生系统中查看审批结果。

Notice on Course Exemption for International Graduate Students of 2020
Dear International Graduate Students,
Please see the regulations of course exemption application to the document Regulations of Application for Course Exemption for International Graduate Students of Hohai University (see Appendix 1). The relevant work of course exemption application for this year is as follows:
1. To apply for exemption of the courses Chinese Language I, Chinese Language II and Introduction to China, you need to fill in the application form and provide the corresponding HSK test transcript. The signature of the supervisor is NOT needed.
2. To apply for exemption of other courses, please fill in the application form, get signature from the supervisor, and provide the corresponding transcript (please mark the exempted courses on the transcript).
3. Please submit your application in the new graduate system before December 13, 2020 and upload the application form and relevant materials in the system as required. Please also send the form and materials to the email of Academic Office of International School (ie_academic@hhu.edu.cn). Due to the impact of the epidemic, there is no need to submit materials offline this year.
4. After the application is approved, the course registration record in the system will be deleted. Please check the approval result in the new graduate system.
