Notice on 2017 Autumn Semester Registration
2017年秋季报到通知
Degree course students (continuing students):
Class begin: September 2nd
Registration time: September 2nd.–3rd.
ATTENTION: If a student do not register on time, his/her scholarship (if any) will be suspended or cancelled!
If there is any accident happened please send email to: ie_academic@hhu.edu.cn
In order to offer better service, we will arrange two different registration location.
Day 1: Main Campus
Time: September 2nd (Saturday)
Morning: 9:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Afternoon: 14:30 - 16:30 p.m.
Registration Location: Room 203, International School, Main Campus
Day 2: Jiangning Campus
Time: September 3rd (Sunday)
Morning: 9:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Afternoon: 13:30 - 15:30 p.m.
Registration Location: No.1 Floor , No.20 Dormitory, Jiangning Campus
What you need to bring?
Passport， Student Card, Debit card( if you need to pay medical insurance, accommodation or tuition fee), all the payment need to paid clearly. Students who owe the accommodation for more than 2 months, will not be allowed to live on campus! & Full Scholarship students need to sign for allowance list.

为了更好地为同学们提供报到服务，我们决定分两个地方进行注册办理。
第1天: 西康路校区
时间: 9月2日 (星期六)
上午: 9:30 - 11:30
下午: 14:30 - 16:30
报到注册地点: 西康路友谊山6号楼国际教育学院203房间
第2天: 江宁校区
时间: 9月3日 (星期天)
上午: 9:30 - 11:30
下午: 13:30 - 15:30
报到注册地点: 江宁留学生宿舍（20舍）1楼
你需要带什么?
护照， 留学生证, 银行借记卡(如果你需要付保险费、住宿费或者学费）, 所有欠费必须交清。如果有学生住宿费欠费超2个月，他将不再享有在校住宿资格。 奖学金生需要签奖学金发放表。
