Recently, our school held a seminar on the construction of AOL. The meeting was held online and offline. Dean Zhou Haiwei, Vice Dean Zhang Changzheng, Vice Dean Zhang Ke, relevant AOL project directors, course leaders and teachers of the school attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Associate Professor Wu Zhaodan, deputy director of the International Accreditation and Quality Improvement Office of HHBS.
The meeting mainly revolved around AOL evaluation. According to the AACSB 2020 AOL standard and the current practice of our school, the participants deeply analyzed the reasonability and feasibility of AOL for undergraduate, master, and doctoral programs in our school, and discussed the selection of AOL evaluation courses, Competency Goals setting, and evaluation programs. Besides, the key implementation rules in the AOL are clarified, and the main difficulties and countermeasures of the current stage of AACSB accreditation work are discussed.
Recently, our school is accelerating the development and implementation of AOL, and is actively preparing for the Initial Self-Evaluation Report (iSER) for AACSB international accreditation. (Writer/Qiu Yan, Li Yi, editor/Liu Kaibing)
